Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process

Customers are required to ship the product back within 5 days after return approval.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Exchange Policy
